“After the Flood” is one of those songs I wish I’d written. But I didn’t, my little brother did. And he and his incredible band (who play more than 300 live dates a year and always bring down the house) recorded a stunning rendition of it, and put it on a rather great little record. They let me sing on some of the songs, so I wouldn’t feel so bad. It worked. The Clumsy Lovers don’t leave anybody feeling bad. Listen – you’ll see what I mean.
